The Pair-O-Dice Club, constructed in 1931 and built along Highway 91, was the very first casino on “The Strip”. The El Rancho Vegas is the oldest casino having opened in 1941. It offered only 63 rooms and was in operation for nearly 20 years before being burnt down. Due to the success of the El Rancho the Hotel Last Frontier was constructed. The infamous Flamingo Hotel opened its doors in 1946.
International Hotel opened in 69 and offered an amazing 1512 rooms which made it the largest hotel in the world at the time. In the early 90s the hotel was bought and is now the Las Vegas Hilton. Las Vegas Holiday
